Baby Artichokes braised in Sauvignon blanc, with Spanish Chorizo and Salami...served this with a bed of baby spicy greens with goat cheese and roasted yellow beets, drizzled with a Fuji Apple dressing.... and a loaf of whole wheat bread with roasted garlic spread. I hope this shows enough to convey just how good this meal was. It was a pleasure to cook!
So, if anyone thinks that a composite of four images that tell the story of the meal that was cooked is against the rules, please just say so and I will replace the image - no worries. I know I am pushing it, but I felt a single shot just couldn't get the job done.

I vote that a single shot could never have communicated what you have with the collage.
"Better Homes and Gardens"-quality shoot, too.
(Perhaps "Gourmet Magazine" would be more accurate, I'm just pretty provincial in my ways )

Greg, I have to agree with above posters: Mmmm looks very good.
I feel because you included a picture of the meal cooking in one of the photos that it's quite acceptable for the WA You have shown preparation, cooking and plating.
Nice Greg, my mouth is watering for sure. You are not only a good photographer, but obviously you also have talent in the kitchen. I have always liked your still life shots.
