This is my attempt at something abstract. It is the LED headlight of a Nissan LEAF illuminated only by an off-camera strobe pointed directly into the light.

I think this is a very interesting abstract. In fact, I'm not sure if I would recognize what is was if you had not told us. I like the colors and lines.

wow, headlights have come a long way since a great big bulb mounted on the front of a car. I like the abstractness of this, the cool blue tones with the hint of orange.

Thanks for the comments. Given that I'm a "car guy", I really wish I could have had the car I'm currently restoring ready for the WA, but no such luck. Hopefully the next time 'Automobiles' comes around as the theme I'll be ready...

A 1977 911S. Unfortunately it's not nearly as collectible as a "longhood", but the galvanized bodies held up much better.

I may look for a '72 or '73 'S' after I'm done with this one, but the prices for these cars may already be out of reach. The other option is a 356 'Convertible D' or Roadster (a Speedster would be nice, but I would have to settle for a replica).
