I like the concepts here, the orange glow of the lights against the blues of the sky, water and ice. It seems a bit out of level, low right.

It was a very strange exposure because this is taken looking north so the sun was setting to the left and it was much darker to the right...

Do you people all reduce the image size to 640 via Save for Web in PS or do you reduce image size? whats the best way to do this?

you will typically find that the sky further from the setting sun will be darker, and the direction of the sun being brighter.

As for resize, I resize the image in CS4, and then make sure I apply a slight Smart Sharpen, to preserve the detail that sometimes gets lost with reducing the size so much.
