On the banks of the Speed River in Guelph, Ontario. It's a multi-use garden designed for all especially "those community members with varying degrees of physical and cognitive abilities.

Thanks Mark. I agree. All those involved in creating and maintaining are volunteers so they deserve a lot of credit.

I'll bet it is too Barbara. We're new to the area so I've yet to see it during Spring and Summer. Winter can be nasty around here when trying to get out with the camera.
Bill, let me re-phrase what I said. I made absolutely no sense
I meant to say I bet it's beautiful in the spring and it's not my choice to sit in the garden during the winter time. I prefer to view the garden from indoors.
