I'm sad to report that i seem to be content with my current batch of lenses.
I would, however, love to buy that 70-200mm II thats on sale at B&H right now!
Unfortunately I'm out of the country with no place to ship to

No problem.....have the lens shipped to me as an interim measure until your return home.
I would test your lens against mine, and then I'd forward to you the sharper one, I promise.

Why 4 of each for some of the lenses? Well, my friends and brother-in-law will then fly to an exotic destination 2 weeks each year for the rest of our life. I was going to say take a year off but we all have jobs and I need to be realistic about this.
We can share the single lens and rotate the longer lenses.

I reserve the remaining two lenses for designs that do not already exist. I'm looking for an EF 50mm f/1.4 lens that won't break if you touch it, for example.
When I first read the title I thought. "only 20 lenses? That would cover everything." Then after composing a list I could see a need er, desire for more. Anyway this would be a dream set up for me. If I sat down and did it again in another hour or two it could be slightly different though, who knows..

It's cool of you to be thinking about your friends and family while doing this.
