Edward, why not just post in the film thread? There's limited activity there as it is - dividing it into smaller parts won't do anybody any favors.

Leica IIIb w/ RS Elmar. Lens is in gorgeous shape but slightly out of collimation, so I missed focus on my subject. However, note the blistering sharpness of my daughter's shoe.

. Bokeh ain't too shabby, either. Taking aperture was f/5.6.

During one of my former times...Northern Laos. Shot with Canon 7 RF, FL 100mm f3.5 (at f3.5), on Ektachrome 64, hot processed at MACV lab.

Edward and Mike: Thanks for the nice comments

. From what I have written down on a series of these photos, I took them in early 1971. I am trying to get as many of these scanned now, before the color is gone, plus fungus growth that started while I was still in S.E.A. until 1975. I will post a few more when I get out of the lab today. The black & white negs from that era are still in near perfect condition, so I have a better chance at some quality images from them.

Looks like time to dust off a few RF's and spool-up some Tri-X...

Well, it just dawned on me that I have some Xpan shots myself. Will try and rummage around the old negative/slide box and see what I have there...

Excellent shots Mark, one of my pipe dreams is the reincarnation of the Xpan in dual full frame digital.

Ed: I like the initiative.

Edd: I'd love to see more S.E.A shots from back when I was born.
