I have stumbled upon a nikon e2, but only have the body. I have searched for batteries or any other accessories online that might help me confirm if it works or not. Does anybody have any info on this camera...seems rather limited. It is also labeled as a fujix 505 or 515, can't recall.

Any info is more than I have...all is welcome! Thanks!

why would you even think of dealing with this? to use the term "limited" is quite an understatement.

i certainly wouldn't want to take it out and shoot with it. More of a collectors item type thing. Was just hoping to hunt down parts to test it some day, that's all!

dragging up an old one! Anybody know where would be a good place to sell this at? I haven't been able to locate the rest of the required parts and want to focus my earnings in another direction anyways(glass!). I tried nikon web as there seem to be a number of these "around" over there but I registered last week and still haven't had a response so..I guess I will look elsewhere. Any input is welcome and appreciated, thanks!

It seems like a combo of both crazy and funny, but I'm glad somebody ponied up...it's the bleeding edge folks that bought that stuff...paid for R & D on the stuff we use today. Thanks guys! Now if I could get a fraction of that for this puppy or find a battery, I would be happy!

I have also read online where people can hook some sort of external power source to this unit..would love to find somebody that has some additional knowledge on this unit so I can test it or find me a battery!
