My Son bringing home his son from Children' s Hospital a broken femur, the little guy will need all the love we can give especially for the next eight weeks. the cast is up to his belly button around his wast, hard to put diapers on one side and tuck the the rest into his cast then another over both. Keeping him down will be a job.

trouble is he can't sit up, he can only bend from his chest up, he has to lay on a bean bag, and if he rides in a car he will have a special harness with a mat he lays on strapped to the seat, I have to try and make something he can lay and still push him around outside, don't want him to sit inside all summer not seeing anything except Deago or Dora on cartoons. thanks for the suggestion on potty training.

The expression on his face is priceless. You are going to have a very hard time keeping him relatively quiet for 8 weeks. I know this family has much love to give. I am glad he is doing well considering his ordeal.

Norm, kids are very resilient as you know. Your buddy will be good as new before long, and you are right - this will likely be more of an ordeal for his parents than for him. They surely are fortunate to have you there to help out.
