Saturday night at a small town dirt track oval. All night long the cars turn left over and over again, as this bumper sticker indicates. The tricky bit is that sometimes they have to turn the wheel to the right to make the car go left.

Being nowhere near as good as my peers, I can't comment on the image other than the fact that I like it.

I know the States is massive compared to the little island here, but I do envy all you people with the fantastic scenery and the things like your ' small town dirt track'.

Thanks Pete. Not a single fish 'n chips stand to be found at the track however, had to settle for a boring hot dog. We must appreciate the things we have.

I've always thought it would be fun to do that. I have yet to visit a dirt track where I live. Nice idea for this week's theme.

Thanks all for comments. If you do make it to your local dirt track some day, I recommend splurging a few bucks for a paddock pass. Lots of color and character back there.

I grew up in a racing family (3/8 mile oval paved though), so I relate to this... roundy roundy roundy, turn left again and again... good idea, 'seriously' good shot! Good luck,
