Hoping to find some help! I just got the Godox V860ii, when I put it on my a7iii it won’t let me switch the mode to manual. The screen stays on the main green screen, but I cannot toggle it to manual or change the flash out put. Any thoughts?

No...I. can switch it to slave (orange screen).
Is this happening both on and off the camera?
This is how it is meant to work...
If you are not using the radio or optical functions use the extreme right button to cycle through the green master options until you come to either green TTL, M, or Multi. Skip over any others that have the radio or optical icon at the top left of the LCD.
When you have either TTL, M or Multi up, use the extreme left Mode button to cycle through the three options until M comes up. With M up you should be able to set the manual level with the control wheel. If not, try pressing the button below the +/- symbol at the bottom of the LCD to highlight the flash power level setting, then use the control wheel to change it.
Thank you @gbinoz..
This is happening off camera too. When i hit the very righ button it only cylces to the orange (slave) screen and then back to the green (ctrl+...) screen. I can't get it to anything else. Do you think it's defective?
Is it seated right on the hot shoe? Is the flash mode on the camera set to fill flash? Do you have the flash head set in the default position? is the extra wide angle/bounce card retracted?
These are all things that have affected my ability to use the flash the right way on camera previously, so just throwing them out there for you.
Yes!..thank you. Check. Check. Check.
Alas I figured it out! The “wireless flash” setting in camera needed be tuned off, not on. Which was really confusing because everything I read said it needed to be on 😩

Good to know that solution.
Guess you won't be the last to run into that problem.
Ah. Glad you figured it out. Yea it was very confusing and I did the same thing when I first got mine until I read that setting was only for the Sony system.
