Pros: fast focus - great colors
Cons:
need lot of manual reading (but this is not a negative!)

Upgrade from Canon Xti - this is a huge step to another world!
Great camera very impressed with, but not so many days to have a final conclusion.
Very fast shutter speed and clear photos under difficult (test) circumstances ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/spicros68/4067817662/).
Very satisfied!

Pros: fast AF, handy, easy to use, best value for money, cleaning system
Cons:
small viewfinder, iso metering or WB metering not displayed on the screen

I have this camera for one month and i really love it. Use it for sports and landscape themes after i read many reviews for 2 years! 400d is really an excellent choice and you'll will not be disappointed.
