This lense and my 85 f1.8 are used more than my L-zooms. Perhaps when I progress to more L primes I will notice some faults posted by other users, so far this and the 85 rule.

A bit expensive

I have already captured some incedible shots, only shooting small wild life in northern NJ. Works great with the converter.

Great lens for the money. I liked this lens so much I am upgrading to the f2.8. Only weakness is low light shooting.

Pros:

Sharpness is outstanding. Low light is not a problem.

Cons:

Sometimes I I have to step back, just kidding, no negatives from me yet.

This lens is so sharp that when I take a picture I sometimes see things that I do not like in a shot(facial hair, and you know what else).
