Image quality, full-frame sensor, moderately affordable, holding it's price rather well.

Ugly optional battery grip (10D grip looked better)

I love this camera. A clear step up from the other dslr's I've had (20D/10D/300D) and still better than the 40D I have as a back-up camera. Lenses are as they should be due to FF sensor. My L-Series primes simply shine on this camera. I doubt I'll upgrade for atleast two generations.
