Pros:

Good sharpness, good focus speed, good color saturation, good price, less bulky/weighty than Canon lens.

Cons:

Zoom becomes so loose that holding the lens up causes it to zoom out, holding it down causes it to zoom in. Multiple copies exhiobit the same "feature." So if you do photography in which the camera is not held level, it will not work.
