I've been to 300D, 350D, 20D and finally I decided to make a try with 1D. It is an amazing camera and finally decided to sold my 20D just for this camera. you should try one and make your own conclusion. for me, I love this camera compare to those cameras I've used before.

sharpness, lightweight, fast focusing, counterpart with the canon L lens.

lenshood is too small. plastic barrel

I just got this lens today and compared the sharpness, color and contrast with my EF 24-70mm L lens. My results was extremely amazing the sharpness of this lens is extraordinary, it surpasses the sharpness of my 24-70mm lens. I would highly recommended to try this lens and make you own conclusion.
