Pros:

Sure, there are features lacking but it is a great little camera that turns out stunning images. I expect to upgrade to the 20D sometime next year but I really live this camera. It's great for getting anyone involved in dslr photography.

Cons:

lack of features are made up for in price and image quality. I really wish that canon would have made it black though.

Price paid: $380.00

Pros:
|
Great sharpness, bokeh, and build. I think this would have been an "L" but canon decided to make their shorter "L" primes freak lenses like the 85 1.2 and the 50 1.0.

Cons:
|
Closer focusing would be nice but for the portraits and street photography that I do it is great.

I love this lens. It always delivers for me. Here is a shot at f/3.2, ISO 400.

Price paid: $75.00

Pros:
|
Very sharp even wide open for such a cheap lens. I really can't find much to complain about. Most reviewers complain of the build quality but it exceeded my expectations for the price.

Cons:
|
None, considering the price.

Affordable, solid, fast to set up, versatile.

Cons:

Weight, if it bothers you that much.

It does a great job being a tripod. Some say that weight is an issue but like someone else said. It's only a couple pounds which really don't bother me to much. Great price.
