The reviews from this forum helped me in choosing this lens. I wanted to use it mainly for shooting soccer and it has been a great lens for that purpose. It allows me to cover about half the field. I do intend to purchase the Nikon TC-14E 1.4x II Teleconverter soon to help out with extending the reach.
