Great wide angle for my Canon 30D, very sharp, good AF, and $200 less expensive than the Canon 10-22. Very happy with this lens.

I used this lens extensively during a trip to Santa Fe, and was very pleased with the results. I had read a lot of reviews before buying it, and had seen the complaints about focusing problems. Sigma have either solved the problems or I happened to get a good one. Did make sure that B&H would exchange before I purchased it, though.

I have had this lens for a couple of weeks now, and am generally very satisfied with it. I am still deciding whether this lens or my Tamron 18-200 will be my "walk around" lens. Right now I can argue srongly for both of them.
