this lens is light, but well constructed... low cost and super sharp

shot wide open it does tend to exhibit some purple fringe with a high contrast subject...this can be corrected in PS

I bought this lens a few months ago after a friend kept talking about how much he liked his lens. I am glad I bought the lens and love it mounted on a D200. I think the 85/1.8 is a real Nikkor winner!
