Really solid lens, I was quite happy with it when I purchased it with my D70. I don't believe with the 1.5 crop that this lens is awkward. Its really nice for portrait shots at 75mm, and I have used it alot of BMX and Snowboarding shots, Im really happy with this lens, I think its a must have.
