Well, this is defintely the best lens i've ever had. I got it, tried it out at the zoo nearby and what can I say. It is very easy to handle (even though it's on the heavy side), Push + Pull is kind of easier to handle than the normal zoom ring (faster!) you keep the camera more stabile cause you touch the lens almost in the front.
I am not used to it. but believe me, i had almost no photo to correct with Photoshop. Even with "Picture Style - Neutral" you get fantastic colours.
After trying it at the zoo I now use it to take potrait photos in 150 mm. Who on earth needs 2,8 or less???

Excellent performance on my EOS 30D! Wish it would come with a tripod-collar. No need to spend money on 70-200 2,8L IS
