I got the camera about 2 weeks ago. I could not pass it up for the price I paid. The camera was from a newspaper. Sure it was worn but was recently serviced and works like a champion.
After having a 1ds version 1 and then the 1ds version 2 the weight was never an issue.
The camera has served my needs as I usually use Nikon lenses with it. With the Nikon lenses all focusing is manual. This reminds me of the days with the Nikon F2 where life was manual.
