speed, quality, build, and the amount of custom functions you can adjust to get just what you want; plus very good software

after real use, the ccd sensor does need cleaning

I love this camera and would recommend it to anyone who likes quality and good photography. if you are wanting to make the step forward into the digital world, this is the camera for you. (if you dont' have any glass)
