I love this lens, which is on my 20D 90% of the time. I was initially drawn to the IS of the ef 28-235 IS; however, since receiving the Tamron lens, I have barely touched the Canon IS zoom. The images using the Tamron lens are sharper and I find the f/2.8 more valuable than the IS when trying to get indoor shots of my fast moving kids. I think I am going to have to sell the 28-135 IS...
