Pros: Excellent quality, not havily padded so it molds to the body, perfect size to carry a large body and a couple of lenses.
Cons:
canvas isn't waterproof, carry a plastic bag for really heavy rain

I have owned this bag for 7 years. Other bags have come and gone but this one stays. The quality is beyond excellent, mine looks as good as the day i purchased it. Great for carrying a large camera body (20D with grip) and a few lenses. It even fits my 70-200 F4L. Excellent for travel, plain exterior dosen't attract attention, good size to carry a light outfit, extra pockets for travel needs, excellent to work out of (lenses slip in and out of it very easily). My favourite feture of this bag is that it isn't to havily padded, this allows it to mold around your body and makes it very comfortable to carry. It is a bit on the expensive side ... but the qulity and versitility make it worth every penny.

Pros: good range, compact size, price, non-rotating front, lens hood included
Cons:
image quality, sharpness, not suitible for making images much larger then 5x7

I purchased this lens used to use as a walk around lens and for traveling light. The focal length range is excellent, the size and weight are very convinient. Unfortunatly I was not impressed with the image quality. I found that images printed at 4x6 looked quite plesent. But I was disapointed with images 8x10 or larger. The images looked soft although the colour was good. I also think that the new price is to high, here in canada you can purchase the sigma 24-60 2.8 for only $20 more, in my opinion a much better choice for a walk around lens, you lose range but you gain in speed and quality.
