Great lens for the price...would have paid more. Wish I could get closer to subjects, the minimum focus distance is a bit far. Been shooting our new baby lately and wish I could get nice and close but the lens doesn't like to get up close and personal 
Love the EX finish, sharp even wide open. Smooth bokeh, color rendition is a tad warm, but not bad.
No front focusing issues, has performed perfectly.
Perfect focal length for a crop sensor especially. Highly recommended.
