Great for most average users at fabulous price and avails use of the Nikon CLS (Creative Lighting System)

Really difficult to program and navigate menus. Will not work in commander mode.

For 90% of shooters, may be the speedlight to own.
For those who need a working light for a professional jobs or will be doing lots of multi light set ups, consider using SB-800's instead.

The menu system is arcane. Almost impossible to navigate without the manual handy.
