Pros: Excellent results on Matte papers
Cons:
Tiny and expensive cartridges

Been using this printer for almost 3 years without a problem. If your preferred paper is 'matte' the output is excellent.

My requirements of a printer is that it should match as close as possible what I see on the monitor. With this printer, the key is a profiled monitor plus soft-proof and print strictly with the paper profile and the output is near perfect.

My only criticism is the tiny and overly expensive cartridges.

Niggles about head cleaning and roller marks are solved quite easily with a bit of on-line searching and a few minutes of DIY.

Pros: Image Quality
Cons:
None - considering the price paid compared to the competition

Recently acquired the Sigma 24-60 f/2.8 EX for travelling. All my other lenses are primes but so far I have been agreeably surprised by the 24-60's excellent image quality.

Pros: Optically very good with a bargain price tag.
Cons:
Overall, very little, given the price paid. A smoother moving focus ring would have been nice.

I bought this lens to have roughly the equivalent of a 'normal' fov on a 1,6 crop camera. It has not dissapointed me as I find it sharp across the frame and with no distortions that I can see. The af motor is a little buzzy but seems to be responsive and accurate. Build quality is adequate and it is light and unobtrusive, including the hood, making it an ideal walkaround lens. For landscaping and work requiring a large dof, I find it to be exceptionally sharp and even at f11.

Pros: Fast and sharp, reasonable price.
Cons:
Bulky, Dual focus mechanism.

Excellent landscape lens. Very little distortion and CA is well controlled.
Sharp at centre from 2.8 on - and across the frame from 6.3. (Canon 10D) Close focus is an added bonus (7")

The dual switches for manual/af are just plain daft and take a bit of getting used to. Despite this I am well pleased with my purchase and it is on my 10D most of the time.
