Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L USM

Review Date: Apr 29, 2006 Recommend? yes | Price paid: $1,499.00 | Rating: 10

Pros: Fast, color/contrast is rich
Cons:
None

I took the plunge with no regrets. The Canon 10-22 on the my 20D is good, this one is superb. Low light commercial interiors got me to this choice. I had looked at the 14mm f/2.8 but it's not flexible as this one is to replace the 10-22. Price is in range with quality you get.

Pros: Build, Price, Glass, Weight, Size, Case & Hood included
Cons:
Tripod collar price

This is my first L series lens. Just got it, tried it, LOVE IT!
The price is great for everyone looking to invest in quality lens. The clarity is great with a reasonable size.
The tripod collar is expensive, yet, if bundled with lens the cost wouldn't be as affordable up front. So light that no rush for it yet.
