This lens is built to last! It is all metal and has an excellent screw in metal hood which I much prefer to the plastic bayonet hoods which fall off the lens!

It's quite heavy

This lens has a narrow angle of view on my d70s, and I have to work a bit on composition. The clarity and contrast is excellent and the focus very precise.
