Sigma 10-20mm F4-5.6 EX DC HSM

111_small
Review Date: May 8, 2006 Recommend? yes | Price paid: $350.00 | Rating: 8

Pros: fast accurate focusing, nice build, works on 10d, and I have even tried it on ff camera.
Cons:
not sharp in the corners wide open, CA

I dont do a lot of wide angle shots, but love the ones I have taken. The borders from 10-14 are soft wide open, but improve some by stopping down. it works on full frame, covering the field completely from 17-200, an usuble (of course after doing some cropping) from 10-17. built quality and focusing is excellent.

Pros: price, on crop good image quality to the edges, on full frame, good in the center. small size for a 2.8 mid range zoom
Cons:
slow focus and some focus inconsistencies that plagues all 3rd party lenses. built is mediocre.

Great budget choice for a mid range zoom on a full frame.

Pros: Fantastic travelling lens on a 1.6 crop. Fast accurate focus, excellent sharpness
Cons:
Marked distortion 17-24 (correctible). CA, not compatible with full frame

Used this lens on a cropper. it is as of 2014 now date, with better options available.
