Amazing lens, if you don't need or can't afford the IS version, a great used value. Still not cheap as it is well known as a excellent lens.

Enough has been said about the 70-200, I tried this one but bought the IS version because I thought IS might be good ... but then I replaced the 70-200 with several primes within its range. If I will ever buy it again, I would definitely choose the non IS version - despite the addition of IS, there's no quality difference between the versions ... it's all about your own shooting style.
