Description: It has been exciting times, I made my comeback to world cup!! Smile Last weekend there was a world cup opening in Ruka Finland and I competed there!! Smile Last time I was competing in world cup was in March 2010. Feels like a miracle - two years ago I was practicing walking, a year ago I did my first jumps on snow and now competed in world cup Wink

the color of the light in the photo is amazing, love the foreground trees. The big questions is What are you Competing in SOCOER? Congratulation on coming back from your injury and competing on a world class level... very impressive

I can't imagine what happened Harri but am so thankful you persevered to such a world class status again and that you are indeed well.
Love the colors of this time and the slopes alight.

Must be a great feeling to be back at the top of your game, Harri. What a supreme achievement!
Beautiful shot, love the lit up ski run (?) on the mountainside.

Thanks a million for your support and wishes, those means a lot to me Thumbs Up!
I can tell it was quite a special moment Smile It was a long journey to get back from so far... but well worth it! Thumbs Up! Never give up, thats what I learnt from this.

All the best for you all! Keep up the good attitude and never lose your faith.

@Fred, I was competing in mogul skiing.
@Lee, I had a cerebral tumor, very deep inside. During the first surgery I got cerebral infraction and lost my motoric skills, memory, concentration and sence of touch from left half of my body. For a month I wasn't able to tie my shoes and walked like a drunk, for a year I wasn't able to play guitar... Speaking was difficult too. Feeling really lucky to be back in business!
@Bernie, positive attitude really helped to get through this. For sure I will try to keep it for the rest of my life.
@Wayne, yep, it's a ski slope. Actually, I started mogul skiing from there in -99 Wink
