Description: Two sugar crystals and dvd.
The Crystal in the left is about 0,5mm of size and the one in the right is about 1mm.

Eos 7D - Sigma 150mm f2.8 1:1 macro - kenko extension tube set (full 68mm) - Elinchrom D-Lite2 flashes with softbox.
With the huge extensions I got about 2:1 magnification without cropping (this is cropped from horizontal to vertical keeping full height). Still dreaming about the canon's mp-e 65 macro and it's 5:1 magnification Smile!

Lots of colors in these 'stones'. Beautiful, Harri.

It's skilfully made macro. But why 'burning'?

Thanks for your thoughts, Hans and Theodore!
Hah, burning came to my mind at first when I saw the light flares Smile!

Thank you Dirk! It was quite a setup with this, but it was cool to see how it turned out. I'm happy to know you liked this.
