I'm very sad to tell you all that Adrian Cray passed away on October 30. As you all know, he was a wonderful part of our FM gallery (and the Forum as well). Adrian was standing beside me as I took this shot of Cotswold countryside in April '09, urging me to "wait for the light, Jack." We spent two days together traveling about in his "saloon" (sedan), as I received royal treatment from this kind, erudite gentleman and gentle man.

I'm really sad to hear that. Rest in peace Adrian Cray.
We will miss Adrian and his wonderful part in FM gallery.
All our support and strength to his family during this hard time.

May Adrians passing remind us of the brevity of life and the pleasure
we all gleaned from sharing his images along the way.

We do miss him. His love for nature was very apparent in the moments he captured.
