Description: According to legend, when a troll is exposed to sunlight it turns to stone. Here is one that, eons ago, must have had the face of a man on the body of a turkey. Wind and rain have worn away the trunk but the face and tail feathers still survive! Wink This was taken at White Pocket on the Paria Plateau in Arizona. The scale is ~8x12'. E100VS.

The thumbnail troll cove looked like a female smiling in upper right hand corner but not when you enlarge. Interesting.
