What camera and what lens are the wrong questions in my opinion! The magic which make that photo great is in neither the camera or the lens, it is in the model, the lighting and the hands of the photographer.
It looks like you have a big softbox overhead (in front of the model and above her) and a second fill light to the right lighting the side of her face and the shine on the lip appears to be comming from the left but more in front than the right light.
You lighting choices have made this photo stunning. I hope that by studying art such as your that some day I will also be able to create art with this much life.

This is a fantastic shot.
I just wish her eye was brighter. I'd love to see more detail in the iris & pupils.
