Finally got round to PP my shots from my trip to Istambul in 2012.

It was my first time shooting this much with MF lenses, a lot of OOF shots, but also a lot of fun.

Used NEX-5N and CV15, CV40 (now sold and traded for CV50 1.5), MD50 1.7 and MD28 2.8.

Here are some favourites:

Full set here:
1202 Istanbul Sony

All PPed in Lr4. No side trips to Nik filters, yay!

Thanks for looking!

What he said . . .

Waiting for an early morning train . . . may as well pull out the camera. Zeiss 35/2 Distagon with Metabones III on a NEX-5N. Both shot at f/2

I'm no climate scientist or biologist, but I don't think I've ever seen butterflies, flies and wasps out in late October/November in Ireland before...

These might be FDn 50/1.4 + LT:

@CoDaQue, beautiful muted colors on the Turkey set. I could happily shoot the Galata bridge the rest of my life and not get bored. Great job, really captures a time in the city that I don't think most tourists are there.

Turkey is just fab for photos.

^ Really nice!

A random set of my first shots with the Minolta M-Rokkor 40/2 CLE on the NEX-5N. Nothing fancy . . . just getting started.

Nice work Phillip and rji2goleez!

FD 35/2 + LT (I think?!):

FD 50/1.4 + LT:

Almost 100% crop (at 2048x1361) from FD 100/2.8 + LT:

Probably FD 50/1.4 + LT (maybe Rokkor 135/35?!), slight crop to remove sky and edges & create a semi-abstract BW texture from a banal colour shot:

Excellent work on here, as always.

I've been on a hiatus of sorts from shooting lately, but I took the C3 + Sigma 30 for a walk today. It's quite dreary and autumnal out, but it's not necessarily a bad thing.
