Love that Lens.. don't you do very much macro maybe 135 Sonnar is a better option ?
but I really like 100MP despite the 1:2 magnification for macro
but it works ok with an extension tube for more magnification
Think it is a very good all-round lens

I don't shoot much real macro. Close-up to infinity is my range. Your Iceland shots with the 100MP gave an interesting perspective to your landscapes that I would try to pursue as well. I do pretty good with the Canon bodies and 100L IS, so now thinking of the Zeiss for my Nikon body. Kind of similar approach, but offset with the attributes of each lens and sensor combination.

Ulff, your shot above is stunning! Is there any info you can add regarding where this photo was taken and that solo house?

Luka -- You really hit your stride with these foggy atmospheric shots, including that ghostly ship.

And to everyone shooting the 100MP -- Stop! Ronnie, you are the worst -- look how you are infecting all these other souls. You are making me want it so bad. It's on my list for future. (Beautiful work, really! )

Jim,

Thank you so much for your kind words.

Totally agree regarding 100MP and Ronnie. I only use 100MP for landscape but all closeup works by Ronnie are super excellent !

Some food shots from last trip. The light was great at the moment and luckily I got my 50MP at hand!

Thanks Bill for your comment and all the other kind comments! The image was taken nearby Flims/Switzerland, on a plateau, high in the mountains. The solo house appears only solo, there were other (solo) houses just outside the frame and in the vanishing line just behind the house. Later that day I came in dense fog and was very surprised when I met some cows just in front of me:

What a great start to this page. Marty, your photo is hall of fame caliber. Was this shot with the 21mm? Ulff, thanks for the info. Fog can certainly create atmosphere and it was really working for you on this day!
