looks like something straight out of a spaghetti western, really neat. did you set it up or is it by chance?

I saw the scene driving by and since there was no one else around, the silhouetted figure is me. I triggered my camera with a couple of PocketWizards.

Awesome shots everyone! Ronny, I really love your Iceland images, simply beautiful work!

A couple of friends and I went to photograph a tree farm last Monday. The fall colors were really nice. The trees are planted with a symmetry that makes for some really interesting compositions and loads of possibilities for creative photography and post-processing. I am still working through the images, but here are a few that I have worked on already.

First image is toward the end of the day when the light turned really golden through the trees.

The second image is a layered composite of two shots, one very sharp and the other was taken by moving the camera. My 50 MP sometimes communicates with the camera and sometimes it does not. It did not when I took the shots for this image, so the Exif data is inaccurate.

The third image is stitched from seven shots taken in portrait mode.

The fourth was shot by moving the camera vertically.
