I've been really missing the opportunity to be shooting but I'm still loving this thread. Happy to finally contribute a couple shots from this weekend in the Rockies. Both with the 100MP ZF.

Very nice Ronny. I especially like the 2nd & 3rd. Miss posting to this thread. Should see you over on the Leica thread in the near future. Enjoying your work over there too.

Ronny - Stunning shots !!!
m.sommers00 - Beautiful BW work.
Dougo - Great urbex series.

After seeing some great examples from our fellow members like Jim, Adele, I got curious about 25 2.8 for a while. I finally ended up getting one. The introduction of Milvus and price hike of this lens announced in Japan pushed me over the edge. It will take a while to learn strengths and weaknesses, but so far so good. I like the color rendition, and I definitely like the small size and the fact I can share filters with 35/2. Test shots using fall color.

Great shots, Luka!
Is this the "old" 25/2.8? If so, that's what I got and love coupled with the 35/2.
Great lens for these autumn shots.

Well, I still prefer the look of 'old' ZM/ZE/ZF housing. The new editions look more toy-ish like...

Ronny, Luka, Matthew, Dougo - great sets!

Jim - It is a new old ZF.2 25 f2.8 I mean I bought a new one Old zeiss, ( Milvus does not even include 25 ) but not as old as CY.

Ronny - that shot is amazing !

Joakim - Really great rendition with the 'old' 28.

Jako - Beautiful !

Continuing with 25/2.8.

Okay!

I've got the original ZF model -- same lens formula -- and love it. Possibly the best value in a modern Zeiss lens. Great colors and sharpness. Mild CA and distortion easily correctable in PP.

Looking forward to more of your shots with this lens.
