Krosavcheg - He he, it is quite dangerous this zeiss thing isn't it ? I like your new Process. It makes me wonder that grille in boke at bottom may not be enhancing the shot. Cool without that part and be a square crop?

nibutto - Great shots. Roma ! So beautiful !

eugend - Welcome to the 'club'. Nice shot. Looking forward to see more

Nibutto: Great Rome shots! I need to review mine taken back in 2007 - never got to process them...lol

Eugene: Beautiful colours

Akul: Yeah, before you know it I will be asking to wrap 135/2, 100/2, 50/2 and 25/2...all that even before 55/1.4 is out..
I thought grill added an Alien like grin...but I am inclined to side with you - square might be better...

Thanks akul, Krosavcheg. So far, I like the minimum PP this lens requires, but I find it hard to get really focused images.

nibutto - really nice !
eugend - There is a bit of getting used to to work with MF lenses if you are not familiar. I did some methodical test to find correlation to the focus confirm light on my DSLR to learn where the actual focus plane goes. It increased keepers for sure.
Bob - Great to see the 1.4s getting use. Love those renditions
jc9394 - pretty flower

Lars, Akul, nice shots.

Every time I see shots from US national parks makes me so envious.
Maybe I'll get to visit some of them

Some more D800 + Zeiss 50mm F/2. I wished this zeiss lens had autofocus like the RX1. Any idea if the Sony Offering DSLR with their Zeiss line renders the same type of look?

Lieutenant Z, akul, johnahill, rji2goleez, Lars: very nice shots. The Salzburg HD shot looks a bit overdone (IMO) it makes me dizzy.
My favorite is Ronnys Close up of the Dragonfly

Yes it is. But in some strange way I like it. Certainly when it is shown larger than here. Then there is lot of detail that is gone here.
