Here is my interpretation on 'Trees'. Borrowed a 100mm Macro (that used to be mine, why oh why did I sell it!) and had some fun with some extension tubes.

I like you interpretation but I think I would have liked it better without the hairs.

BTW, the 100/2.8 USM was the first lens I bought, sold and bought again.....
