Hey Ray,
Nice shots. Looks like you have your setup dialed in well! I am impressed with the sharpness with the converter on. Looks good! What mode, faithful/landscape/user setting are you using? Try bumping the saturation and contrast just a bit, like one tick each. I might help the bird "pop" just a little bit more. Just my 0.02.
