A shot along the Russian River in northern California. First try at longer exposures. It shows the foothold the trees maintain along the river bank.

Comments appreciated, thanks for looking,
Mike

I really like this. A lovely natural scene. The fresh greens are great. It doesn't seem very sharp to me, maybe that's just me being tired......

Image is very nice with lots of green. Does look a little soft, not sure if it's OOF or very slight movement.

BTW...how do you get a Russian River in an American State....interesting on the name.

Thanks for the comments. Let me just say, an old, cheap tripod replaced last week with new, not cheap tripod.

North California was originally settled by Russian trappers/traders.

Delightful image, Mike. I really like the soft light.
