She is a "digger." Appearing only in the Spring to tend the Queen's Gate.

Never speaking, always digging, She serves the Queen with Her shovel.

I used Painter X ...seen here is the result of 15 Painter stages. I then topped things off in Photoshop.

Painter is available for the Mac/PC and they offer a 30 free trial. You might like to give it a try.
