What software is really good for making frames around your pics when showing them on the web. I use Fred's FM Frames and a few other actions. but I also like to buy something that can do a bit more.

I use the one from onOne. There are a lot of options and they also sell addons if you want more.

I have been looking at that, the onOne Photoframe Pro 3,1.
Is it good ? and easy to use in PS? And is it woth $ 100 more to get the special edition ?

And do you know if there is any place to just download it and pay with a credit card. The shipping & VAT to Sweden is rather expensive

Very inexpensive.

I actually got PhotoFrame Pro as part of their plugin package. Actually I got it at the photo show in NYC. If you can get to one they significantly discount the entire suite.
