Beautiful Steve, but it looks like you may have used a tad too much flash on # 1. Hopefully I'm wrong...

BTW, when it rains here it pours - - the sky opens up & someone has turned on a faucet full speed & left it running..... ;-)

wow steve. where in socal did you shoot that mandarin. the only one that i've ever seen was at central park in huntington beach. beautiful shots btw.

Number One is one of the finest Scrub Jay shots I have seen to date. Perfect even exposure and a nice clean pose. Great job on the mandarin and the woodies as well.
