Quality is wonderful Jan Arie.

FYI Glenn, your images are incredible, but I'm experiencing the same over exposure syndrome Zim mentioned

I'm working on a new video card setup with dual screens. does this look like a better black point?

Jim
Internet says Michaela Rose was owned by Trammel Row in 2007 but she's flying the red ensign so either he has sold her, or she's only on charter to your client (which seems unlikely). She's listed in the 100 largest yachts in the USA, which, at a mere 585 tons, surprised me somewhat!

Better overall, Glenn, though still a bit lacking in the blacks and the background looks overexposed. I think you may be hanging on too hard to the idea of maintaining shadow detail in the foreground black airplane: let black be black, and see what happens...

...or cut out the black airframe and treat it separately from the rest of the image.

Zim,

You didn't happen to see my client's runabout while you were navigating the southeast? He just had it refurbed, hoping that he'll have me shoot it while it's on our coast.

No, Jim, I haven't seen that vessel on this trip. Traffic is pretty quiet on the ICW in March; but birds and dolphins have provided plenty of things to look at, along with a seemingly infinite supply of bad architecture in the form of vacation homes lining the route.

The Rose was purchased by Mr. Crow, and is still owned by Crow Holdings. The family would never part with her. She just went through a total renovation and is in Savannah at the moment. She continually circumnavigates the globe to offer unique cruising opportunities for friends and clients of my client. She is the 84th largest motor yacht in the world.President Bush and First Lady Barbara took a lengthy cruise on the Med as my client's guests a while back. She's a beauty.
