Its definitely a different look (in a nice way). Love the vibrant background colors. #6 is best for me, but wish it was not cropped that tight (boys feet cut off). Not too fond of #7.
Could be my monitor, but the eyes are a bit soft on few of them (like #4), but overall a very fun series !
